There are now over 2,000 letters on the Winchester Planning Website and we do read them all.  Your consultation responses have been amazing and we wanted to highlight just a small number here that were written in response to the recent NLP 'Review of Planning & Retail Statement' which exemplify the time and thought that both organisations and individuals are putting into this.  All of these letters are public and available to view on the planning website.
